Our Story
Malka launched as a Video Relay Service with a dream of universal communication access for the Deaf community. In a competitive industry closely regulated by the Federal Communications Commission, we carved our unique path through unwavering commitment to quality and transparency. We later pivoted to Video Remote Interpreting, opening doors to partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, leading nonprofits, major cities, hospitals, and government entities worldwide.
Our reach extends beyond domestic borders, into Canada and the Middle East, where we're involved in providing services, including groundbreaking workshops and interpretation services. Our COO, Robert Malka, is the leading interpreter ethicist in the MENA region, having written the first-ever textbook, an Introduction to the Ethics of Sign Language Interpreting in the Middle East, contributing valuable knowledge to the global interpreting community.
